Local will be walking in the DuQuoin State Fair Twilight parade with the Egyptian Building Trades this Friday, August 28th . Parade starts at 6pm, line up at 5:30pm. South of the Grandstands. Click here for the map of parade route, Blue line is lineup location.

Egyptian Building Trades Labor Day picnic will be Monday, September 7th at the DuQuoin Fairgrounds Expo Hall. Doors open at 11am. Food will be served at noon. Food and beverages will be supplied. Will also have a live band and ride wristbands will be available for members. Enter fairgrounds through Gate 4 off Jackson Street in DuQuoin. Tell attendants you are there for Building Trades Labor Day picnic and get as close to expo hall as possible.

The June, July, August and September 2026 Union Meetings have been moved to the 2nd Thursday of Each month.  Starting in October of 2026, meeting will go back to the 2nd Friday of each month.
